Toronto police arrest man caught on security cam allegedly committing indecent act

Toronto police have arrested a Bradford man who was captured on video allegedly committing an indecent act at a Scarborough home.

Officers received a suspicious incident call near Lawrence Avenue East and Midland Avenue on Nov. 9.

They learned that an unknown man allegedly entered a home twice, at 4:26 a.m. and at 6:20 a.m.

He was captured on the surveillance video committing an indecent act while in the vestibule area, police allege.

Three days after the incident, police released an image of the suspect they identified as 25-year-old Omer Onay.

In an update on Friday, they said Onay had been arrested and charged with two counts of unlawfully in a dwelling house.
